Club fees 2011

To encourage early payment this year the adult membership fees are only £70 for the entire season if paid before the end of Sept 2011 (after that the fees are £75). This covers the cost of feather shuttles and court hire for the club nights (Tuesdays 8pm to 10pm), and includes your Badminton England membership.

The 2011 Autumn season starts

Hi all, the Burgate Badminton Club is back. Club nights are at Downton Leisure centre at 8pm on Tuesdays. Come on down!

Burgate Mens update

The Burgate Mens team has had some enjoyable good games this season, and with half the games played the team leads their league. The next game is at home on the Tuesday 8th Feb.

Christmas 2010 & New Year

The last club night of 2010 will be on Tuesday 21st at 8pm. There will be no club night the following week. Burgate Badminton Club nights will resume on Tuesday 4th Jan 2011.

First games

Good to see plenty of people at the club night last week. For those who forgot to pick up a copy of the league match dates from Stuart the first league matches are as follows:

• Burgate A - Friday 1st Oct (HOME)
• Burgate B - Friday 1st Oct (HOME)
• Mens team - Wed 13th Oct (AWAY)

Teams

This season the plan is to have two mixed and one men's team in the Salisbury district league. Stuart has the fixture list - matches start in October. Come down to the club nights to find out more.
